The effect of infrared pre-baking:
The dye molecules begin to attach to the fibers, preventing the appearance of doubts such as color blooms.
The effect of high temperature baking:
Make the dye molecules fully enter the interior of the fiber, and complete the process of dyeing the fiber with the dye.
Restorative cleaning effect:
Make the remaining dye molecules decompose to ensure the color fastness of the product.
2. Nylon webbing fiber
Into the belt–coloring tank–hot steam steaming–after washing–after drying–off the belt
The effect of steaming:
Make the acid dye molecules fully react with the corresponding functional groups in the fiber to complete the process of dyeing the fiber with the acid dye.
The effect of washing:
Remove unreacted dye molecules to ensure product color fastness, etc.
