Classification of different technologies of webbing
There are mainly two types of woven belts and knitted belts.
The webbing, especially the jacquard webbing, is somewhat similar to the fabric labeling process, but the warp yarn of the fabric labeling is fixed, and the pattern is expressed by the weft yarn; while the basic weft yarn of the webbing is fixed, and the pattern is expressed by the warp yarn. Threading and adjusting the machine can take a long time and is relatively inefficient. But a wide variety of products can be produced, dazzling, and it is not always the same as the cloth label.
The main function of webbing is decorative, and some are functional. Such as the popular mobile phone straps and so on. After the tape is woven, various characters/patterns can also be screen printed, which is generally cheaper than directly weaving the text patterns.
Woven belts are mainly divided into two categories: non-woven belts and woven belts. At present, the use of shuttleless webbing is more common than shuttle webbing on the market.
